Rivière strategically sits on the former Zuok site along the Singapore river.    It will be within a larger precinct comprising of:

– two 36-storey residential towers (455 units)
– serviced apartments (80 units)
– 3 distinct and unique conservation warehouse (which will be restored to form part of the rich heritage in this precinct)

Frasers Hospitality will run the serviced apartments as well as the commercial offerings in the conservation warehouses.

From an architectural perspective, Rivière will be a juxtaposition of the old century’s timeless design of its conservation warehouses and the new iconic modern architecture residences.   Along with its strategic location by the Singapore River and very close to Great World City and the upcoming Great World MRT station (just across the bridge),  these will be the main selling points of this development.
